COMPOSITION
Each capsule contains:
– Paracetamol……………………………………………………….300 mg
– Ibuprofen…………………………………………………………..200 mg
– Caffeine………………………………………………………………30 mg
– Excipients: q.s. ……………………………………………one capsule
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:
– Paracetamol : Analgesic / Antipyretic
– Ibuprofen : Analgesic / Antipyretic , anti-inflammatory
, short-term inhibition of platelet function.
– Caffeine : Central stimulant.
INDICATIONS:
These are limited to the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate
pain and/or fever in adults, such as: headaches, neuralgia, myalgia,
arthralgia, dental pain, and dysmenorrhea.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
– Known hypersensitivity to Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, or Caffeine
– Individuals with nasal polyps syndrome, angioedema, and
bronchospastic reactions to aspirin or other NSAIDs
– Active gastroduodenal ulcer
– Severe hepatic insufficiency
– Systemic lupus erythematosus.

THE ADVICE OF DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST.
WARNING AND PRECAUTION
– Monitor for digestive symptoms; if gastrointestinal
bleeding occurs, discontinue treatment.
– Use with caution in individuals with a history of digestive issues.
– Athletes should be aware that caffeine may cause a positive result
in anti-doping tests.
– This medication can cause insomnia and should not be taken late
in the day.
– Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
DOSAGE
For adults only.
– Take 1 capsule; repeat if necessary every 6 hours.
– In case of fever or intense pain, take 2 capsules.
– Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
CONSERVATION :
– Store at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC,
– away from light and moisture.
– Keep out of reach of children.
