THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:
Analgesic / Antipyretic
INDICATIONS:
Treatment of moderate to severe pain in adults.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
-Known hypersensitivity to tramadol, opioids, or paracetamol.
-Acute poisoning or overdose with central nervous system depressants
(alcohol, hypnotics, other analgesics).
-Simultaneous or recent treatment (within the last 15 days) with MAO inhibitors.
-Severe respiratory insufficiency.
-Severe hepatocellular insufficiency.
-Children under 15 years old.
-Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
IN CASE OF DOUBT, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO CONSULT YOUR
DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST.
WARNING AND PRECAUTION
-Tramol should only be used after a careful evaluation of the benefit-risk ratio,
based on the origin of the pain and the patient’s profile.
-Tramol should be used with caution in patients with intracranial hypertension,
head trauma, altered consciousness without an obvious cause, or respiratory
function disorders.
SIDE EFFECTS.
-Neuropsychological disorders, seizures, particularly after administration of
high doses or concomitant treatment with medications that may lower the
seizure threshold or induce seizures.
-Nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, headaches, dizziness, dry mouth.
-Constipation with prolonged use.
DOSAGE
For oral use. Reserved for adults.
-1 to 2 capsules every 4-6 hours, without exceeding 8 capsules per 24 hours.
CONSERVATION
-Store at a temperature below 30°C, away from light and moisture.
-Keep out of reach and sight of children.
-Do not use after the expiration date on the box.
