NIBUFENE-400
COMPOSITIONS :
Each sugar coated tablet contains :
-Ibuprofen …………………………………………………..400 mg
-Excipients qs ………………………..one sugar coated tablet
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES :
-Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) from
the propionic acid group, derived from aryl-carboxylic
acid.
-Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic activity
INDICATIONS :
Symptomatic treatment of chronic inflammatory
rheumatism, including:
-Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis.
-Extra-articular rheumatism (shoulders, tendinitis),
osteoarthritis, low back pain.
-Sports trauma.
Proposed as an adjunctive treatment for inflammatory
manifestations related to the following areas:
ENT (ear, nose, and throat), pulmonology, stomatology,
and gynecology.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
-Allergy to Ibuprofen.
-Gastro-duodenal ulcer.
-Severe hepatic insufficiency.
-Severe renal insufficiency.
-Children under 15 years old.
-Pregnant women.

THE ADVICE OF DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST.
WARNING AND PRECAUTION:
Nibufen should be administered with caution in patients
with a history of digestive disorders, and these individuals
should be closely monitored during treatment.
SIDE EFFECTS :
Gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, stomach pains,
digestive bleeding.
Dermatological: rash, pruritus (itching), etc.
Respiratory: possibility of an asthma attack,
particularly in individuals allergic to aspirin and other
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
DOSAGE
Reserved for adults and children over 15 years old.
Oral use. Administration can be done during meals, 4 to 6
tablets per day.
CONSERVATION
-Store at a temperature below 30°C, away from light and humidity.
-Keep out of the reach of children.
-Do not use after the expiration date on the box.
