COMPOSITIONS
Each lozenge contains:
- Vitamin C…………………………………………………………….100 mg
- 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol……………………………………..1.2 mg
- Amylmetacresol (INN) …………………………………………..0.6 mg
- Excipients q.s. …………………………………………………One lozenge
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES
- Antiseptic activity due to the combination of two active ingredients: amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol.
- Vitamin C participates in various cellular redox reactions.
INDICATIONS
- Local adjunctive antibacterial treatment for limited conditions of the oral mucosa and oropharynx.
- Treatment of vitamin C deficiency (scurvy).
CONTRAINDICATION
- Do not use in children under 6 years old.
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the lozenge.
- Oxalocalcic renal lithiasis for doses exceeding 1g/day.

WARNING AND PRECAUTION
Warning :
- The indication does not justify prolonged treatment beyond 5 days, as it may lead to an imbalance in the normal microbial flora of the oral cavity, with a risk of bacterial or fungal spread.
Precaution :
- If symptoms persist beyond 5 days and/or are associated with fever, the treatment plan should be reevaluated.
- Pregnancy: No teratogenicity studies are available in animals. Therefore, the use of vitamin C during pregnancy should only be considered if necessary.
SIDE EFFECTS
- Possibility of allergic reactions.
- For high doses of Vitamin C:
- Digestive disturbances (gastric burning, diarrhea).
- Urinary disturbances (oxalic, cystine, and uric stones).
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Adults and children over 6 years old:
- 3 to 6 lozenges per day, to be slowly dissolved in the mouth without chewing and swallow the whole lozenge.
STORAGE
- Store away from light and humidity.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date on the package.
