COMPOSITION

Each film coated tablet contains :

• Bromhexine HCl ………………………………………………………… 8 mg
• Dextromethorphane HBr………………………………………….15 mg
• Excipients : q.s …………………………………….. One film coated tablet

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES

Mucoregulator / Central acting antitussive.

INDICATION

Treatment of bronchial secretion disorders, especially in acute bronchial conditions and bothersome non-productive coughs.

CONTRAINDICATION

This medication should not be used in the following cases:

• History of allergy to Bromhexine or any of its components.
• Cough associated with asthma.
• Respiratory failure.
• Treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO inhibitors).
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Children under 15 years of age.

IN CASE OF DOUBT, IT IS NECESSARY TO ASK

FOR THE ADVICE OF YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST.

WARNING AND PRECAUTION

• Caution is advised, particularly for drivers and machine operators.
• The consumption of alcoholic beverages during treatment is not recommended.
• In cases of liver insufficiency and in elderly individuals, caution is required.

SIDE EFFECTS

• Rare minor gastrointestinal issues, including nausea and vomiting.

DOSAGE

Oral route

For adults and children over 15 years old :

• 1 to 2 film coated tablets, 3 times a day.
• The duration of treatment should not exceed 8 to 10 days without medical advice.

CONSERVATION

• Store below 30^oC, avoid light and humidity
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• Do not use after expiry date.
