Cold Backheng Sirop-125

COMPOSITION:

Each 5 ml contains:

– Paracetamol …………………………………………………… : 125 mg

– Chlorpheniramine maleate……………………………….. : 0,5 mg

– Excipients: q.s………………………………………………………..5 ml

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:

– Paracetamol: Antalgic / Antipyretic.

– Chlorpheniramine maleate: Antihistaminic for the action on central H1 receptor and / or peripheral,

sedative effect and atropine.

INDICATIONS:

For the relief of symptoms associated with nasal congestion due to the common cold, allergic, rhinitis, sinusitis, hay fever, headache, influenza catarrh and other related upper respiratory conditions.

CONTRAINDICATION:

Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or other components.
Hepatocellular insufficiency.
Angle-closure glaucoma.

SIDE EFFECTS:

A few rare cases of hypersensitivity reactions, such as anaphylactic shock, Quincke’s edema, erythema, urticaria, and skin rash, have been reported. The occurrence of these reactions requires the permanent discontinuation of this medication and related medications.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Oral route:

Infant: ½ measuring spoon (graduated to 2.5 ml), 2 to 3 times per day.
Child from 30 months to 10 years: 1 measuring spoon (graduated to 5 ml), 2 to 3 times per day.
Child from 10 to 15 years: 2 measuring spoons (graduated to 5 ml) per dose, 2 to 3 times per day.
Adult: 4 measuring spoons (graduated to 5 ml) per dose, 3 to 4 times per day.

STORAGE
