COMPOSITIONS :
Each tablet contains :
- Domperidone (INN)……………………………..: 10 mg

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES :
Stimulants of intestinal motility
INDICATIONS :
- Adults:
Relieves symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensations of epigastric distension, discomfort in the upper abdomen, and gastric regurgitation. - Children:
Relieves symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Known hypersensitivity to domperidone or any of the excipients of DORIDONE-10.
- DORIDONE-10 should not be used when gastric motility stimulation could be harmful: gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical obstruction, or perforation.
- Do not use this medication with other medications that cause QTc interval prolongation (such as Ketoconazole and oral Erythromycin).

FOR THE ADVICE OF YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST.
WARNING AND PRECAUTION
- DORIDONE-10 should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- It should not be used in patients with liver disorders.
- Patients with renal insufficiency on prolonged treatment should be regularly monitored.
- Use with caution in individuals with heart disorders and in patients over 60 years of age
SIDE EFFECTS
- Cardiac disorders: Frequency unknown: QTc interval prolongation. Very rarely: ventricular arrhythmia.
- Gastrointestinal disorders: Rare: Gastrointestinal disturbances, including very rare, transient intestinal cramps and diarrhea.
- Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: Very rare: pruritus and rash
DOSAGE
- It is recommended to take DORIDONE-10 before meals.
- Adults and adolescents (aged over 12 years and weighing more than 35 kg): 1 tablet of 10 mg, 3 times a day.
- Children who weigh less than 35 kg: 0.25 mg/kg, 3 times a day.
- The treatment duration should not exceed 1 week.
CONSERVATION :
- Store at a temperature below 30°C, away from light and moisture.
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date .
