COMPOSITION
Each 5 ml contains :
– Paracetamol ………………………………………………………………………: 125 mg
– Phenylephrine HCl……………………………………………………………….. : 5 mg
– Chlorpheniramine maleate …………………………………………………….: 1 mg
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES
– Paracetamol : Analgesic and Antipyretic.
– Phenylephrine : Vasoconstrictor of the nasopharyngeal mucosa.
– Chlorpheniramine : antihistaminic.
INDICATION
Treatment of nasal congestion and excess nasal secretion associated
with rhinitis, accompanied by headache and/or fever.
CONTRAINDICATION
-Do not use in children under 12 months of age
-Known hypersensitivity to any component of the product
-Concurrent treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)
-Pregnancy and breastfeeding

PRECAUTION
-Caution is advised, especially for drivers and machine operators due to possible drowsiness.
-Alcohol consumption is not recommended during treatment.
-Use with caution in cases of hepatic impairment and in the elderly.
-In patients with diabetes (for syrup): take into account the sugar content.
-As a precaution, monitor renal function in the event of prolonged administration or in
cases of renal insufficiency.
SIDE EFFECTS
Related to the antihistamine component:
-Anticholinergic effects such as dry mouth, visual accommodation disturbances,
urinary retention, mental confusion or agitation, particularly in elderly patients.
These effects usually resolve upon discontinuation of treatment.
Rarely: Allergic skin reactions (rash).
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Treatment duration should not exceed 4 days.
-Adults and children over 12 years: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) three times per day
-Children:6 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times per day
-30 months to 6 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) three times per day
-12 to 30 months: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) twice per day
STORAGE
Store at a temperature below 30°C, protected from light and humidity.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
