COMPOSITION
Each 5mL contains:
Paracetamol ……………………………………………………………………125 mg
Phenylephrine HCl………………………………………………5 mg
Triprolidine hydrochloride………………..…………………..2.50 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate……………………………………….1 mg
Excipients q.s ……………………………………………………………………….5mL
PROPERTIES THERAPEUTIC:
Decongestant, vasoconstrictor, H1 antihistamine, Antipyretic / Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
INDICATIONS

  • The sensation of a blocked nose or feeling of congestion in the nose,
  • Clear nasal discharge,
  • Headaches and/ or fever.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Hypersensitivity to one of the components
  • Hypersensitivity to paracetamol
  • Hypersensitivity to H1 antihistamines
  • Severe coronary insufficiency
  • History of seizures
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding

IN CASE DOUBT, IT IS NECESSARY TO DEMAND
TO YOUR DOCTOR OR YOUR PHARMACIST.
PRECAUTION AND WARNING:
– The treatment should be reassessed if the condition persists or worsens. Symptoms or the condition persist for 5 days.
– It is imperative to strictly follow the dosage and the 5 days treatment period.
– Due to the presence of Paracetamol and to avoid the risk of overdose, check for the absence of paracetamol in the composition of other medications.
SIDE EFFECTS
Tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, headache, seizures, memory impairment, tremor, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Oral route
Adults age 18 and over: 4 doses of 5ml, 3 times per 24 hours
Children aged 10 to 18 years: doses of 5ml, 3 times per 24 hours
Children aged 12 to 30 months: 1 dose of 2.5ml, 3 times per 24 hours
STORAGE

  • Store below 30oC, avoid light and humidity
  • Keep out of reach and sight of children
  • Do not use after expiry date.
