COMPOSITIONS :
Each tablet contains :
- Thiamine HCl ……………………………………………10 mg
- Excipients q.s. ………………………………………One tablet
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES :
- Vitamin B1 plays a role in the transmission of nerve impulses by inhibiting the formation of cholinesterase, which inactivates acetylcholine.
INDICATIONS :
- Treatment of vitamin B1 deficiency: Beriberi.
- Mild deficiencies lead to a decrease in work capacity.
- Other indications: Pain associated with rheumatology and neurology conditions, pregnancy-related neuritis.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
- History of hypersensitivity to thiamine or any of the components.

THE ADVIDE OF DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST.
WARNING AND PRECAUTION :
- Do not use this medication in combination with other products containing vitamin B1.
- Only use the injectable form when necessary.
SIDE EFFECTS :
- Immune system reactions: Anaphylactic shock, pruritus, urticaria, tachycardia etc.
- Increased urine output.
- Possible digestive intolerance: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.
DOSAGE
- Oral route.
- Adults: The usual dose is 0.05 gm to 0.25 gm per dose, with a total of 0.10 gm to 0.50 gm per 24 hours.
- Children (0 to 30 months): 2 to 5 mg.
- In the case of mild deficiency, the recommended dosage is 50 to 100 mg per day, taken orally.
CONSERVATION :
- Store at a temperature below 30°C, away from light and humidity.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date on the box.
