COMPOSITION :

Each tablet contains :

– Paracetamol …………………………………………………… : 500 mg

– Chlorpheniramine maleate……………………………….. :     4 mg

– Excipients : q.s………………………………………………….    One tablet

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES :

– Paracetamol : Antalgic and antipyretic.

– Chlorpheniramine maleate : Antihistaminic for the action on central H1 receptor and / or

peripheral, sedative effect and atropine.

INDICATIONS :

-For the relief of symptoms of common cold with nasal congestion, allergic, rhinitis, sinusitis, hay fever, headache, influenza catarrh and other related upper respiratory disorders.

CONTRAINDICATION:

– People who allergy by any of its compositions.

– Hepatic failure

– Children under 15 years old.

– Breast feeding.

PRECAUTION AND WARNING :

– Be careful, especially for vehicle driver and machinery users because of drowsiness effect.

– Do not take alcoholic drink during use this medicine.

SIDE EFFECTS:

– Paracetamol :

• Allergy reaction by Paracetamol will show likely a simple skin rash with erythema or urticarial, don’t using if have this condition.
• Thrombocytopenia

– Chlorpheniramine maleate:

• Viscosity increase of bronchial secretion, dry mouth, vision disorder and constipation.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Oral route :

For only adult upper 15 years old.

– Usually, take 1 tablet and retake after 4 hours.

– Do not take more than 4 tablets per day.
