THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:
Antiinflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic
INDICATIONS:
They are limited in adults to: chronic inflammatory rheumatism, particularly rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, certain painful and debilitating osteoarthritis, extraarticular rheumatism (shoulders, tendinitis), osteoarthritis, and lower back pain, it is indicated for pain and/or fever, such as headaches, flulike symptoms, toothaches, muscle aches, and painful menstruation.
CONTREAINDICATIONS:
This medication should not be used in the following cases:
Known allergy to paracetamol and diclofenac,
Severe liver disease,
Active gastric or duodenal ulcers,zzzz
Severe hepatic insufficiency,
Severe renal insufficiency.

WARNING AND PRECAUTION:
If the pain persists for more than 5 days or the fever lasts more than 3 days, or if there is insufficient effectiveness or the occurrence of any other symptoms, do not continue the treatment without consulting your doctor.
Diclomol should be administered with caution to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, or ulcerative colitis.
At the start of treatment, close monitoring of urine volume and renal function is necessary.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: it is recommended not to take Diclomol
SIDE EFFECTS:
A few rare cases of allergic reactions present as simple skin rashes with erythema or urticaria; the treatment should be stopped immediately.
A few rare cases of thrombocytopenia have been reported in the international literature.
Gastrointestinal disorders may occur.
Neurological disorders: rare cases of asthenia, insomnia, dizziness, and headaches.
DOSAGE:
Oral route and for adults only.
For acute treatment: 3 film coated tablets per day in 3 doses.
For maintenance treatment: 2 film coated tablets per day in 2 doses.
CONSERVATION
Store at a temperature below 30°C, away from light and humidity.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Do not use after the expiration date.
