THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES
Anti-anemic preparation
INDICATIONS
Preventive treatment for iron and folic acid deficiencies during pregnancy, when adequate dietary intake cannot be ensured.
CONTRAINDACATION
- Allergy to any of the components.
- Iron overload, thalassemia, anemia due to bone marrow failure.
IN DOUBT CASE, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO SEEK THE ADVICE
FROM YOUR DOCTOR OR YOUR PHARMACIST.
WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS:
- High tea consumption inhibits iron absorption.
- Iron absorption may be reduced by the simultaneous administration of antacids.
SIDE EFFECTS
- Very rare cases of skin allergic reactions.
- Nausea, gastrointestinal disorders, or diarrhea may occur.
- Usual discoloration of stools to black or dark gray.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
- Oral route, for use during pregnancy: 1 tablet per day starting from the 24th week of pregnancy.
STORAGE CONDITION
- Store below 30oC, avoid light and humidity
- Keep out of reach and sight of children
- Do not use after expiry date.
