COMPOSITION :
Each capsule contains:

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES :
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, from the fenamate family. It has the following properties:
– Analgesic/antipyretic activity.
– Anti-inflammatory activity.
INDICATIONS :
They are indicated for the following conditions:
Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain (headaches, dental pain).
Musculoskeletal pain.
Dysmenorrhea after an etiological investigation.
Functional menorrhagia.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
This medication should not be used in the following cases:
– A history of allergy or asthma triggered by the use of mefenamic acid or other NSAIDs, including aspirin.
– Active peptic ulcer.
– Severe hepatic insufficiency.
– Severe renal failure. Children under 12 years old.
– Pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding.

WARNING AND PRECAUTION:
– The administration of this medication may trigger an asthma attack, especially in individuals
allergic to aspirin or NSAIDs.
– The treatment should be stopped if diarrhea or a skin rash occurs.
– In the case of a gastrointestinal hemorrhage, treatment should be stopped immediately.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Gastrointestinal effects: diarrhea, nausea with or without vomiting, stomach pain, bloating,
constipation, digestive ulcers with or without bleeding.
Hypersensitivity reactions:
– Dermatological: rash, hives, itching.
– Respiratory: asthma attacks may occur in some individuals, particularly those allergic to
aspirin and other NSAIDs.
– Effects on the central nervous system: dizziness, drowsiness, headaches, and vision
disturbances
DOSAGE:
Oral route:
The capsules should be swallowed whole with a large glass of water, during meals.
The dosage should be divided into 3 doses.
This presentation is for adults and children over 12 years of age.
For the treatment of pain: 1 to 2 capsules of 250 mg per dose, 3 times a day.
The dosage should be reduced in elderly patients.
– Treatment of dysmenorrhea: 2 capsules of 250 mg, 3 times a day, for a total of 1500 mg per day.
– Treatment of functional menorrhagia: 2 capsules of 250 mg, 1 to 3 times a day, starting from the
first day of menstruation, for 2 to 5 days, without exceeding 5 days of treatment per cycle.
CONSERVATION :
– Store at a temperature below 30°C, away from light and moisture.
– Keep out of reach of children.
– Do not use after the expiration date shown on the box
